I’m the mastermind behind outdoors adventures to master your mindset, accelerate your agility and continually improve you personal best in life and business.
Working closely with CEOS and business owners, I help individuals to combat their biggest fears through adventures that only one can dream of. From completing hiking expeditions such as the YorkShire Three Peaks challenge and the infamous 24km SAS Selection test march, to caving in the Lake District, the opportunities are endless.
As ex-army personal, I know first hand how much these challenges can transform you, but they do not take away the elements that make us human. Being resilient doesn’t stop you from showing your emotions, or take away all of your fears, but it makes you stronger and helps you to approach even the darkest of times differently.
I’ve also taken it one step further by stepping up the mic and sharing my experiences through public speaking opportunities with the hope that I can inspire others to join me in the my journey.
