1. CEO Days
1.1 CEO Days are scheduled for a duration of up to 10 hours, which includes transit times.
2. Mindset Workshop
2.1 The Mindset Workshop is set to a duration of 10 hours, inclusive of transit times.
3. Joining Introduction
3.1 A comprehensive joining introduction will be dispatched seven (7) days prior to the event. A call can also be arranged to address any queries.
4. Weather Conditions
4.1 In the event of a red weather warning, the entire event will be halted, and a rescheduling will be organised at your convenience.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 CEO Days:
CEO Days can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled event without any loss of investment and can be rescheduled.
After the 24-hour window, there will be a complete loss of investment, and rescheduling will not be possible.
5.2 Mindset Workshop:
Mindset Workshops can be cancelled up to seven (7) days in advance with no loss of investment and can be rescheduled.
Any cancellations made within seven (7) days of the workshop will result in a total loss of investment.
Bespoke Trips
Please note that planning for our bespoke trips involves considerable time and coordination of many components. When you commit to a package, it can be downgraded once and we must be notified in a timely manner. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. Our role is to facilitate your event, not to function as a bank.
Communication via phone and email, as well as the coordination of staff, hotels, and transportation, incurs significant costs. Therefore, cancellations or postponements made within eight weeks of the event will result in charges that you will be responsible for. Please be aware that our staff, hotel partners, and transport services have their own cancellation policies, and we engage third-party services which are also subject to their own terms.
Injuries are an unfortunate reality that can affect plans. In such instances, we are open to discussing the possibility of rebooking or arranging an alternative event. We reserve the right to request proof of injuries if deemed necessary.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Payments for both CEO Days and Mindset Workshops must be made in full before the commencement of the event. Payment details must be communicated to us in advance.
6.2 Late Payments:
Late payments will incur a 4% fee for each day they are overdue.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 We will assess each case individually, considering personal matters and other issues that may arise, with fairness and understanding.

8.1 All communication with us must be conducted via email to confirm any changes and updates.
