1. Definitions
1.1 Business Customer: Refers to any entity registering as a business, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other formal business organizations.
1.2 Individual Customer: Refers to private persons engaging with our services for personal use.
2. CEO Days
2.1 Duration: CEO Days are scheduled for a duration of up to 10 hours, which includes transit times.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Business Customers: CEO Days cannot be canceled or refunded. All bookings are final, and no rescheduling is available.
Individual Customers:
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled event: No loss of investment and can be rescheduled.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled event: Complete loss of investment, and rescheduling is not possible.
3. Mindset Workshop
3.1 Duration: The Mindset Workshop is set to a duration of 10 hours, inclusive of transit times.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
Business Customers: Mindset Workshops cannot be canceled or refunded. All bookings are final, and no rescheduling is available.
Individual Customers:
Cancellations up to seven (7) days in advance: No loss of investment and can be rescheduled.
Cancellations within seven (7) days of the workshop: Total loss of investment.
4. Joining Introduction
4.1 A comprehensive joining introduction will be dispatched seven (7) days prior to the event. A call can also be arranged to address any queries.
5. Weather Conditions
5.1 In the event of a red weather warning, the entire event will be halted, and a rescheduling will be organized at your convenience.
6. Bespoke Trips
6.1 Commitment and Deposits: Planning for our bespoke trips involves considerable time and coordination of many components. When you commit to a package, it can be downgraded once, and we must be notified in a timely manner. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable for Business Customers. For Individual Customers, the deposit is refundable according to the cancellation policies outlined below.
6.2 Cancellation Policy
Business Customers: No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the deposit is made. All bookings are final.
Individual Customers:
Cancellations or postponements made more than eight weeks before the event: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
Cancellations or postponements made within eight weeks of the event: Full deposit is non-refundable.
6.3 Additional Terms: Communication via phone and email, as well as the coordination of staff, hotels, and transportation, incurs significant costs. Therefore, cancellations or postponements made within eight weeks of the event will result in charges that you will be responsible for. Please be aware that our staff, hotel partners, and transport services have their own cancellation policies, and we engage third-party services which are also subject to their own terms.
6.4 Injuries: Injuries are an unfortunate reality that can affect plans. In such instances, we are open to discussing the possibility of rebooking or arranging an alternative event. We reserve the right to request proof of injuries if deemed necessary.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Full Payment: Payments for both CEO Days and Mindset Workshops must be made in full before the commencement of the event. Payment details must be communicated to us in advance.
7.2 Late Payments: Late payments will incur a 4% fee for each day they are overdue.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 We will assess each case individually, considering personal matters and other issues that may arise, with fairness and understanding.
9. Communication
9.1 All communication with us must be conducted via email to confirm any changes and updates.
